SHIPPING INFO

Note: To get your portraits to you, as quickly as possible, they are shipped from the facility where they are framed.

FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY:  The last day to order for regular shipping is December 5th. Rush shipping available until December 10th.

Turn Around Time
Your portrait takes roughly 12 business days to create, print, and frame.
After that, allow 3-7 days for shipping.

International Shipping
If you live outside the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom, the frames with mattes will take a bit longer to get to you. Please add roughly seven business days.

The bamboo frames are available internationally.

If there is an additional shipping fee, you’ll be contacted with an amended invoice. Thanks for understanding!

Please note, I’m not responsible for any import duty charges for shipping the portraits outside the United States. Sorry to be a downer, they are all just terribly hard to figure out and account for.
